Designed to support engineering groups in developing new products, our Model Shop services include building prototypes as well as providing technical assistance during the research and development phase. We concentrate on helping our customers reduce the time and cost to move new products from engineering to manufacturing.

Our production capabilities offer flexibility and responsiveness to support our customers' wide mix of products and needs. Our selection of machining centers and the way they are tooled up reduces set-up time and allows us to focus on the elimination of waste and continuous improvement with the goal being zero defects. Because inventory management is such a critical factor in today's manufacturing environment, G-MAN Precision Machining seeks to add value for its clients with custom delivery and assembly services. We offer JIT Kanban deliveries and BOM kitting to minimize your part handling from dock to assembly.

The tooling function aids our customers in building test stations and manufacturing lines as they prepare to release their products to manufacturing. We also build in-house tooling and fixtures for the efficient machining of parts. This gives us the ability to respond quickly to repeat orders and production runs.
